Khousheh was the real estate agent I selected after speaking with her and another agent.  During the selection process, it became clear to me that Khousheh would be a far better realtor than the alternative.  The experience in selling the house proved me right.  She distinguished herself in multiple ways:  First, she took a very careful look at the house, went over the available data to help set a list price for the house.  Second, she provided great advice on the steps I could take to help sell the house quicker and at the best price possible.  This included professional staging for which she helped me hire a great vendor who did a terrific job of making the house absolutely gorgeous.  She also helped me take care of several little things that made a real difference.  Third, after we started getting offers, she took the time to go over the details of each offer to help me identify the best buyer.  Finally, the amount of hard work she did to take care of all the details, when I had already moved out, was not only impressive but it also felt like she is selling her own house.  During the whole process, there were no surprises from her.  She kept each and every promise she made.  Always communicated in real time during evenings and weekends.  The house sold at a price that was significantly higher than the list price within just a few days.  Khousheh has been the best realtor I have ever worked with.  I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Hands down, one of the best experiences we've ever had working with a professional, let alone a realtor

I cannot over-emphasize the wonderful experience my wife and I had working with Khousheh. After a couple years of looking for a house, we finally closed escrow on one this month! Even though it took some time, she never gave up on us. In addition to being the most professional, friendly, diligent realtor I've come across, she is truly a good person. She was very patient, flexible and never pushy during our house search, very persistent and thorough during the purchase negotiations and chased my bank, the seller, HOA and escrow company during the escrow process. Khousheh always gave us the pros and cons of each property we saw

We were fortunate to have Khousheh referred to us by friends – calling Khousheh was the best decision we ever made!! As first-time home-owners, the process of looking for a new home is scary to say the least. Our limited experience with Realtors before meeting Khousheh was not positive, it always felt that all they wanted was for us to make an offer right away and not think about what was best for us. From the moment we met Khousheh, she took the time to really get to know us, what we wanted, and what was really important for us and our young son.
