Khousheh made a daunting process a pleasure

Khousheh has extensive knowledge in real estate and is the ultimate professional. She knows the area and prices, is very knowledgeable about process and always tried to make the best deal for us. She answered calls at all hours during the week and weekend. She quickly identified what we were looking for (and that was not easy) and then narrowed our viewings to houses that we would like. She always advised us on pricing and performed extensive comp analysis to ensure that we were getting the best value. Khousheh made a daunting process a pleasure and I will always use her for real estate transactions in the future. Of note, Khousheh also listed and sold our home and did a great job aggressively marketing and selling our home.

Khousheh is outstanding in every possible regard. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Khousheh advised us on how to properly price and stage our home for maximum return and it WORKED! Then, she had a great photographer shoot photos of our home –this was key. I couldn’t believe some of the dark, poor-quality photos some of the listings featured. We watched a few neighbor’s homes sit (and sit) on the market, while ours went into escrow in matter of only a few weeks or so.

When the initial buyer had a bank issue, Khousheh wasted NO time. She sprang into action and brought us 2 additional offers that were both better than the initial offer and in only 2 days!!!We proceeded to close this sale smoothly. This illustrates just how hands-on and extremely proactive she is. We also ran into a problem with the home right after accepted the final offer (some dampness occurred inside after a record rainstorm). Once again, Khousheh helped us navigate this hiccup calmly and seamlessly.

Always knowledgeable and highly responsive, Khousheh is a pleasure to do business with, and we cannot thank her enough for all her work on our behalf!!!!
